If you are a professional and based in France, PICTO Online supports you in the gradual implementation of electronic invoices organized by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, mandatory from September 1, 2026.
We invite you to prepare for this important change for your business now by filling in your PICTO Online account with the following information:
Your company name must be provided. This information is not verified.
Your SIREN number is required as part of the gradual implementation of electronic invoices by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
A SIREN number consists of digits, and you can provide it when registering on PICTO Online or later in your customer area.
This is an individual identification number assigned to companies subject to VAT and based in the European Union.
In France, the EU VAT number consists of 13 characters: the FR code, a 2-digit computer key, and the company’s SIREN number (9 digits).
The EU VAT number ensures the security of transactions between taxpayers within the European Union. This number is mandatory for EU VAT tax management and must appear on company invoices.

When creating your account, on the registration form, check the box I am a professional.
Enter your company name, your SIREN number, and your EU VAT number.
Important: the EU VAT number is automatically verified after submitting the registration form.
If any information is missing or incorrect, an error message will appear in the relevant field(s); you will remain on the registration page to make corrections and submit again.
If you do not have these numbers, uncheck the I am a professional box and continue your registration.
Once registered, you will be able to add this information later from your customer area by clicking My Account.
Once logged in, from your customer area at the top left, click My Account.
In the Contact Information section, check the box I am a professional.
Enter your company name, your SIREN number, and your EU VAT number, then validate.
The EU VAT number is automatically checked and validated. If any information is missing or incorrect, an error message will appear in the relevant field(s).
Make sure not to leave any spaces between digits.
European Union countries
If your billing address is not in France but in a European Union country, the SIREN field is not displayed; only the EU VAT number needs to be filled in.

Non-European Union countries
If your billing address is outside the European Union, the SIREN field and the EU VAT number are not displayed, but you can still identify yourself as a professional and provide your company name.
