Average turnaround times for orders confirmed before 7:00 AM

Lead times are cumulative (photo prints / printing + finishing).

The production time may vary depending on:

• the volume of your order
• the workload of the relevant departments
• the frequency of print sessions on certain materials
• any requested finishing
• the pickup or delivery method you selected (available at Picto Bastille, Picto Grand Paris, courier, or shipping)

Printing on rigid or flexible media and finishing (excluding Plexi mounting and American box frames) is carried out at our Picto Grand Paris facility.

1. If you requested a check before mounting, you will receive an email when your photo prints are ready, inviting you to review them; the turnaround time will therefore depend on when you come.
2. This type of delivery has no guaranteed delivery time and no tracking system.
3. You will receive an email with the tracking number after shipment. Colissimo and UPS Standard delivery times are not guaranteed. UPS Saver guarantees 1-day delivery.
4. Depending on the country.
5. Silver halide and pigment photo prints are produced at our Picto Bastille facility.
