Picto Online offers a sponsorship program governed by the general terms and conditions of use presented below.
The principle of Picto Online's referral program is based on the granting of a credit worth 10€ on the Picto Online account of the sponsored person and of the sponsor, provided that the following conditions are met :

Sponsorship procedure :

To benefit from the 10€ credit offered respectively to the sponsor and the sponsored person, it is necessary that the sponsored person proceeds to an order of 20€ TTC minimum (printing, finishing, packaging and shipping costs included).
If the amount of 20€ is not reached at the time of the first order, the 10€ of credit provided respectively for the sponsor and the godson will not be credited on their accounts.
The credit notes may nevertheless be released if a subsequent order of more than €20 (including tax) is placed by the sponsored friend within a period of less than one month following the previous order.
In the event that no order for an amount greater than €20 is placed by the sponsored person within 6 months of the sponsor's last invitation. The sponsorship request will be considered null and void.
In this case, Picto Online cannot be asked to credit the 10€ by the sponsor or the sponsored person, whatever the reasons.

Granting of the credit :

Once the credit is released, it is credited on the account of the sponsored person and the sponsor. This credit remains available for a period of 6 months. To use this credit, it is necessary to place an order. Before proceeding with the payment, the customer will be offered to use the credit or to keep it for a future order.
This credit is not refundable.

How to sponsor :

Each Picto Online customer has a sponsor code accessible in the sponsorship section of his Picto Online account.
The sponsor has two options to sponsor :

1. Send a request by Picto Online
   In the sponsorship section of his Picto Online account, the customer who wishes to sponsor can enter the name and contact details of his future sponsored person.
   An email is then automatically sent to the sponsored customer by Picto Online so that he can proceed to the creation of his account and place his order.
   Warning: there cannot be more than 400 sponsorship requests per year and per sponsor.
   Similarly, it is not possible to send more than 2 sponsorship requests to the same email address
   It is possible to cancel a sponsorship request without this giving the right to more authorised sponsorship requests. In this case of cancellation of the request by the sponsor, if the sponsored person proceeds to the order of 20€ TTC after the cancellation of the request by the sponsor, the sponsored person will be the only beneficiary of the 10€ credit on his account. The sponsor will no longer be able to benefit from the 10€ credit.
2. Distribution of the sponsor code
   The sponsor can communicate to the future sponsored member his sponsor code through the channel of his choice. The sponsored person will then have the possibility to enter his sponsor code when he registers for Picto Online so that the sponsorship program starts.
   It is necessary that the future customer completes his registration, after having entered his sponsor's code, for the referral program to become active.
   If a customer registers without having entered the sponsor code and places an order of more than €20 including tax, the €10 for the sponsor and for the customer will not be granted.

Other conditions :

In order to benefit from a sponsorship credit, a sponsored customer cannot already be a Picto Online customer.
Picto Online will regularly check to ensure that the sponsored persons benefiting from a credit did not have an account on Picto Online, prior to the benefit of the loyalty program.
In the event that a sponsored customer has created a new account to benefit from the loyalty program, such action will be considered by Picto Online as fraud. Picto Online reserves the right to take legal action.
Picto Online reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the referral program without notice.
