The conditions of purchase and use of Picto gift vouchers are subject to the fixed terms set out below.
The general conditions of sale and use of Picto gift vouchers are available on the website www.pictoonline.fr and on request from our customer service.
The general conditions for the sale and use of Picto gift vouchers are deemed to have been accepted by the beneficiary at the time of the purchase of the Picto Gift Voucher.
In preamble
The Picto Gift Voucher is a valid voucher on the Picto Online website and is in no way a credit card. It can only be used by a natural person.

It can in no case be bought in the Paris establishments of the company Picto in Bastille, Grand Paris and Saint-Martin. NB: To be able to buy Picto gift vouchers, you must have created an account or already have an account on the site www.pictoonline.fr
Picto vouchers are available in the Store section of Picto Online.
This section is accessible via the main navigation bar of the Picto Online site.
In this section, you will be able to buy a Picto gift vouchers with a nominal value determined by Picto, ranging from € 25 to € 500. The amounts of Picto gift vouchers offered for sale are subject to change. In case of modification of the amount of a Picto gift vouchers, all the vouchers bought before the modification of the sale price remain valid under the conditions fixed at the time of the purchase.
Article 2: How to buy a good Picto gift.
To buy a Picto gift vouchers, you must have an account on Pictoonline.fr and have logged in as a customer on the website.
Once the Picto gift vouchers has been added to your cart, you will have to pay for the Picto gift vouchers.
Attention: the payment of a Picto gift vouchers cannot be made with the use of another voucher or credit available on the Picto Online account.

Article 3: Using the Picto Gift Voucher.
After the purchase of the Picto Gift Voucher, it is available in the "my account" area of the user, in the sub-section gift vouchers.
To use the Picto Gift Voucher, you must download it in PDF format on its terminal in order to obtain the single-use code.
The Picto Gift Voucher may also be transferred to a third party electronically or in print to be delivered in hard copy to the intended recipient.
Article 4: Payment with a Picto Gift Voucher
A Picto Gift Voucher allows you to buy products from the Pictoonline.fr platform only.
It can be used in a single order or consumed on several different orders.
A user can make use of several vouchers for the same order.
If the use of the Picto gift vouchers held by the user is not enough to pay an order, the customer can use his CB to pay the supplement.
NB: it is not possible to pay an order amount by credit card on Pictoonline.fr if this amount is less than or equal to 1 €. In the case of a remainder to be paid less than 1 €, the user will have to withdraw or add an article to be able to complete his order.
In case of request for refund of an order paid in whole or in part by a gift voucher, the amount of the order will be refunded as a credit to the account of the user who paid the order.
Article 5: Exclusion of use of a Picto Gift Voucher.
A Picto gift vouchers cannot be used to buy another Picto gift voucher in whole or even partially.
A Picto gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for an order on Pictoonline.fr if the order is already partially paid for by a credit available on the user's Picto Online account.
Similarly, a Picto gift vouchers can not be used to pay an order on Pictoonline.fr if the order is the subject of a deferred payment previously authorized by Picto.
A Picto gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for a service directly with our Bastille, Grand Paris and Saint-Martin offices.
Article 6: Period of validity of the Picto Gift Voucher.
The validity of the Picto Gift Voucher is 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase of the Picto Gift Voucher.
The Picto Gift Voucher will have lapsed after this period.
Thus, the unused amount of the Picto gift voucher (partial or total amount of gift voucher purchased) will be lost.
Article 7 - Loss and theft of the Card
The Beneficiary is responsible for the Picto gift vouchers he buys. Picto gift vouchers lost or stolen cannot be the subject of a request for opposition.
Article 8 - Claims.
The transactions recorded by PICTO's computer systems are proof of actual transactions made with the Picto Gift Voucher.
In the event of dispute over the balance of the Picto Gift Voucher following its use, the Beneficiary may send a complaint to Picto Customer Service.
Article 9 - Validity and modifications of Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions apply from the purchase of the Picto gift vouchers and are valid until the balance or the end date of validity of the Picto Gift Voucher.
Any modifications of the General Conditions will not be opposable.
Article 10 - Applicable law.
The General Conditions are subject to French law. The competent court in case of dispute will be that of the place of residence of the defendant.
