The Standard label has been Picto Online's current label since its creation, it is activated by default and it displays all the important information for your order. It contains the PICTO logo with the names of our different sites.
The Neutral label is a new free label model which displays only the important information of your order without reference to the PICTO laboratory, therefore without a logo and without the names of our different sites. It allows you to send your PICTO Online order directly and discreetly to your customer. As a reminder, no invoice is attached to a PICTO Online order.
You can select your Standard or Neutral label model with each order at the Pickup or Shipping stage. To keep your choice of label for all your orders you can also define your default label from your customer area: My account => My preferences => My label.
