There is no correction of PDF files by our team. The final quality of your print therefore depends on the quality of your PDF file.
We accept only one page PDFs, coming from graphic applications and automation applications.
The PDFs need to be destined only for printing.
Your PDF therefore needs to contain only graphic elements: images, vectorial drawings and text. Elements such as sound, video, animations, interactions or annotations will not be treated.
Your PDF file cannot be locked by a password or be in “View only”.
The file name should not contain any special characters (ex : %,$,@...) and the extension .pdf needs to be included.
The character fonts need to be integrated to the document
If these elements are not respected, your PDF will be rejected after upload. You will be notified by a message.
Numerous graphic applications have a function called “export in PDF”. Depending on the application, this option contains more or less grouped options under the form of “predefined parameters”. By default, we recommend to use the predefined parameters indicating the creation of a high quality PDF or high resolution. Your PDF indeed needs to contain as much information as possible: high-resolution images and the entire set of fonts used for the text.
Beware of the export in low or medium quality, normally designed for simple viewing or emailing.
For the best result, we recommend the following parameters if you can access them:

Colorimetric management
En cas d'absence de profil embarqué nous attribuons les profils ICC suivants :
Advice:
In order to verify that you have a good colorimetric management, do not forget using verifying applications for PDFs
From Acrobat professional (Version 8, 9, 10) => upward monitoring => PDF analysis => Listing of ICC objects => Analyse.
The embedded ICC profiles in the images are clearly identified on the object list.
Do not add trimbox or bleedbox in the PDF file.
The PDF file needs to contain neither trimbox nor bleedbox. It cannot include control range outside the printed page.
If you absolutely want to print the bleedbox in your PDF file, at the step “parameter’ from the section “format”, choose the option “print the bleedbox”.
The dimensions of the bleedbox will be added to the final format.
We recommend you to create your documents in real size (100%)
However, graphic applications are generally limited:
If you wish to enlarge or reduce the size, you can modify the size of the print during the setting.
