PictoOnline offers several delivery methods to choose from according to your needs.
This is a single mailing by standard package. This delivery method is suitable for sending small prints for a size of 17.5cm x 28.5cm x 3cm with a maximum weight of 300gr.
The fold is directly inserted in your mailbox if the size of the latter allows it.
Otherwise, if you are not there, your letter will be waiting for you at your post office. The usual delivery time, in France, is of the order of 72 working hours.

This mode of delivery is proposed for Metropolitan France, Monaco and Andorra. The dimensions of the parcel (including packaging) must not exceed 150 cm in length + width + height and a weight of less than 30 kg.
The usual delivery time is about 48 hours.
Your package has a tracking number that allows us to be informed of the evolution of the delivery.
If you are out of home/office during the delivery, a notice of passage can also be deposited in your mailbox. You can then pick up your parcel at your post office the next day.

UPS Standard : UPS offers reliable, cost-effective delivery within 48 to 72 hours for mainland France.
UPS Saver : This fast UPS service guarantees delivery by the end of the next working day for shipments within France in major cities.

For orders in the format corresponding to the non-standard, the other delivery solution is France Express. The delivery is then made by transport truck specialized in the delivery of large parcels and heavy weight. The order is then delivered to you.
The delivery time usually found in metropolitan France is around 48 hours worked.
You are informed by phone or email, by France Express of the planned delivery date. NB: We invite you to enter all the details of access to your building (code, intercom, building, floor, phone valid to facilitate the delivery of your package) .

- Grand Volume delivery :
For orders with very large sizes and / or heavy weight, they are considered above non-standard, we offer you a delivery for the world from which the provider will be chosen by us to you guarantee the best possible delivery service.
When you finalize your order, you are offered a "Grand Volume" shipment.
A message asks you to contact our customer service.
At your request we will prepare a personalized quote for the shipment of your order.
The total weight per order is limited to 1 tonne.
The delivery is then made by transport truck specialized in the delivery of parcels of great size and weight.
The delivery time usually observed (time not guaranteed), for more than 220 countries, is of the order of 2 to 5 working days. You are informed by phone or email, by the selected provider, of the expected delivery date.
Deliveries are made on working days, except holidays, in the country of destination.

- Motorcycle or car delivery :
We offer delivery by courier by motorcycle and by car. Feel free to select this tab when choosing the delivery method if you live in one of the following cities in Ile de France:
For deliveries by motorcycle, the package size must be less than 140cm x 50cm x 60cm and must weigh less than 5kg.
If your package is larger and weighs less than 100kg, we offer delivery by courier by car.

EUROPE
DHL Select UE: Fast 48-hour delivery to all European Union countries. The DHL Economy Select UE service is particularly economical for large parcels. Parcels are transported by truck throughout Europe.
DHL Express: Express delivery within 24 hours. Your parcel is flown to any country in Europe. DHL Express Worldwide Export is an international service offering a good price/time ratio for small parcels (up to 7 kg) to most European countries.
Deliveries are made on working days, except public holidays, in the country of destination.

For example (subject to modification by DHL): for the USA East Coast (New York,...) the delivery time is 24h. Allow 24 to 48 hours for West Africa, 72 hours for South Africa and 48 to 72 hours for Asia.

- What to do in case of an incident?
If your package arrives damaged, we ask you to accept it and take a picture of the damaged part before opening it. We invite you to contact our customer service by email serviceclient@pictoonline.frand attach photos of the damage found on the package and the prints. We will remanufacture and return the damaged part free of charge as soon as possible.
