Picto offers the public to participate in the fidelity program exclusively for use on the website www.pictoonline.fr

The conditions of acquisition and use of fidelity points are subject to fixed terms set out below. The general conditions of use of fidelity points are available on the website www.pictoonline.fr and on request to our customer service. The general conditions of acquisition and use of fidelity points are deemed to have been accepted by the beneficiary with each order.


Article 1 : The fidelity point programme

The fidelity point program is exclusively on the website www.pictoonline.fr. You must have created an account or already have an account on the website www.pictoonline.fr. The PICTO Online website offers to collect points which are converted into discounts when paying for orders. With each order on PICTO Online, the customer's account accumulates points in relation to the amount spent. From a certain number of points acquired, the account holder can use them when paying for his orders on PICTO Online.

Article 2 : How to obtain fidelity points

To get fidelity points, you must have an account on Pictoonline.fr and be connected as a customer on the site. fidelity points are calculated for each order on Picto Online. The value of the points acquired corresponds to 5% of the value including VAT of each order placed from 13/02/2023. Packaging and shipping as well as taxes are taken into account in the fidelity points.

Article 3 : Use of fidelity points.

Points are converted into Euros once accumulated after each order. 1 fidelity point acquired corresponds to a value of 1€ including VAT. The accumulated points can thus be used at the time of payment from the threshold of 20 accumulated points (i.e. 400 euros TTC of accumulated purchases). From the customer area, a customer can consult the number of points acquired, the current balance and the history of points used in the Your Conditions section.

Article 4 : Payment with fidelity points.

Once your order has been prepared, on the Payment page, above the Credit Card and PayPal buttons, the account holder must tick "Use my fidelity points". fidelity points are used in full when placing an order. They cannot be used partially unless their value in Euros is greater than the amount of the order. The remaining points will be available for use. If the use of fidelity points held by the user is not sufficient to pay for an order, the customer may use his credit card to pay the balance. In case of request for refund of an order paid in full or in part by fidelity points, the amount of the order will be refunded in the form of a credit on the account of the user who paid the order.

Article 5 : Exclusion of use of fidelity points.

The fidelity programme cannot be added to other discount programmes such as those granted to the School / Association partnership or special discounts. fidelity points cannot be converted into cash.

Article 6 : Validity period of fidelity points.

There is no time limit for the use of your fidelity points.

Article 7 : Order cancellation.

In case of cancellation, the fidelity points that have been obtained by the order concerned are deducted from your points.

Article 8 : Complaints

The transactions recorded by PICTO's computer systems are proof of the transactions actually carried out using fidelity points.

In case of dispute of the balance of fidelity points following its use, the Beneficiary can address a claim to Picto's Customer Service.

Article 9 : Validity and modifications of the General Terms and Conditions.

The General Terms and Conditions apply from the first order on Picto Online from 13/02/2023 and without end of validity. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without any liability. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will not be enforceable.The General Conditions are subject to French law. The competent court in the event of a dispute shall be that of the defendant's place of residence. GCU updated on 02/02/2023Les Conditions Générales sont soumises à la loi française.
